Lee and Annette Benson welcome you to Quagmire Manor, a circa 1825 manor house, which was renovated around 1883 by adding a Victorian wing in the back, a third floor with Mansard roof and wrap-around porch. The manor is located on a 30 acre estate on the banks of the Tioughnioga River. Views from the windows and porches include wooded fields, cows grazing on the hill and our lovely quagmire. Guests can be found strolling by the riverside, chating in the receiving room, reading in the library or just rocking on the porches.

In the morning, a full breakfast awaits you in our gracious dining room. Beverages and fresh home baked goodies are always found in the hall on the second floor.
Antiques, which have been lovingly collected through the years, accent our guest rooms and common areas. All pieces are functional which frees guests from museum worry. All rooms are sound proofed, bright, airy and equipped with individual heat thermostats. For your safety a sprinkler and alarm system have been installed. Comfortable full, queen and king size beds have been fitted to all rooms assuring a good nights rest.
